WHO ARE PAROPER BAKES?

We (Mainly Millie) are a Derbyshire based baking company. We cover most departments when it comes to baked goods and pride ourselves on quality of our bakes.

We started baking in lock-down (Who didn't?). From there, we've manage to support and grow our business to be sustainable and more!

DO YOU HAVE A SHOP?

Not currently, no! It's on the plan, but when? Who knows.

CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER?

Yes! We offer collection from our home. When you place an order you'll receive instructions on how/when to collect your order.

If you need to make a change to your order, get in touch with us ASAP.

Unfortunately, if your order has already been processed we cannot make any changes.

I'VE GOT A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER

Ah, that's sad to hear! Please get in touch with your order number, address, and a detailed description/photograph of the problem and we will look in to this for you.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

As the items are fresh goods we don't offer any form of returns to the item.

SHIPPING

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

We ship out Friday mornings for Saturday delivery. You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped. Remember, our bakes don't fit through the letter box so you MUST be in for delivery. We also CANNOT guarantee the delivery will be Saturday. It may be delivered Sunday or Monday.

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

We aim to dispatch within 24-48 hours. Meaning you have a small window to confirm any changes to the address. Contact us immediately if you need to change the address. (We can't guarantee a change can be made)

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yeah, you'll receive confirmation of this once shipped.

WHO DO YOU USE FOR DELIVERY?

We use the Royal Mail.
